Job Title: Business Intelligence Data Analyst

Job Summary:

As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst at Soucy, you will be responsible for modeling, collecting, and processing the company's data. Your main objective will be to bring the company's data to life by implementing tools that enable it to be interpreted across the various operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Model and collect company data
Take the needs of different internal customers
Analyze and document various BI projects
Find and propose innovative solutions to analytical challenges
Actively participate in developing strategies for feeding the analytical layer
Create metrics and KPIs
Develop queries, reports, dashboards, etc.
Select and implement the best strategy for securing data access
Participate in ongoing knowledge sharing within the team
Collaborate with the development team on the implementation and maintenance of system queries (Performance and Optimization)

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
