Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and caring Childcare Provider to join our Private Household team. As a key member of our household, you will be responsible for the daily care and well-being of our infant (3 months - 11 months).

The successful candidate will have experience in childcare, with a strong focus on education and development. You will be required to create a nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Change diapers and maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas according to the child's needs
  • Bathe, dress, and feed the infant, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Discipline the child using positive reinforcement methods agreed upon by the parents
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the child's dietary needs
  • Establish a routine that includes rest periods, playtime, and educational activities
  • Supervise and care for the child at all times, responding promptly to their needs

You will work closely with the parents to understand their expectations and preferences, ensuring a seamless transition between childcare providers if needed.

Requirements
  • 1-7 months of experience in childcare, preferably with infants
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the child, parents, and other household members
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Organized and time management skills to ensure a smooth daily routine
  • Patient and understanding demeanor when dealing with challenging situations
  • Honesty and reliability, with a strong commitment to confidentiality

This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. The working hours will be approximately 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to the family's needs.
