**What You Bring**

  • **Positive Attitude**: We are looking for drivers with a positive CAN-DO attitude, who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
  • **Safety-Conscious Approach**: We require drivers who have a safety-conscious approach to all job duties, prioritizing the safety of themselves and others.
  • **Class 1A Driver's License**: We require a minimum of 1 year of experience with a Class 1A driver's license, as well as a clean driver's abstract with no suspensions.
  • **Flat Deck/Dry Van Experience**: We require a minimum of 1 year of experience with flat deck or dry van equipment.
  • **Clean Driver's Abstract**: We require a clean driver's abstract with no suspensions, as well as the ability to pass a criminal record check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • **Ability to Pass Random D&A Testing**: We require drivers who are able to pass random D&A testing periodically.
  • **Clean Shaven**: We require drivers to be clean shaven for mask wear.
  • **Hotshot Service**: We require drivers who are willing to participate in hotshot service, which may require overnight stays.
  • **On-Call**: We require drivers who are willing to be on-call when scheduled.
