This role involves assisting and advising customers while working to maximize sales. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining products, and suggesting other products
  3. Meet and exceed personal sales goals through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
  4. Prepare and maintain a visually appealing sales floor and backstore
  5. Be available to assist customers in the fitting room
