Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule staff, manage labor costs, and maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Maintain accurate records of food safety, health, and environmental practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an executive chef or similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, kitchen management, and culinary direction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
