We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at AMPVIC Development Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff
- Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet business needs
- Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Provide product information and make recommendations to customers
- Store Operations
- Authorize payments, returns, and exchanges
- Manage store inventory and merchandise
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
