Key Responsibilities- Material Handling: Check and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Packaging and Shipping: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products efficiently and safely.
- Team Support: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers to maintain a productive work environment.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Punctuality and Reliability: Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in attending work and meeting deadlines.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
- Work Arrangements: 35 to 45 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
- Language: English or French.
