Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Bassano Cannabis Store. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Authorize return of merchandise and ensure that all returns are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Sell merchandise and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is always stocked with the latest products.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.

  • We also offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
