Tire Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to contribute to the efficient operation of our Calgary Rim Repair facility. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires on various vehicles, ensuring safety and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mount, balance, and rotate tires on a variety of vehicles.
  • Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
  • Diagnose and repair tire-related issues, such as punctures and leaks.
  • Maintain accurate records of tire services performed.
  • Operate tire and wheel-related equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the tire service area.
  • Collaborate with other automotive professionals to deliver comprehensive service.
Requirements:
  • Valid status in Canada and ability to work for any employer without sponsorship.
  • Proven experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of tire-related equipment and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy tires.
