Commercial Insurance Advisor

Job Summary
The Client Advisor plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to Acera clients, working closely with Client Executives to ensure seamless service delivery and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client service plans to meet their unique needs and expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective coordination of administrative and marketing processes.
- Contribute to team meetings to stay informed on client issues, changing needs, and service plan implementation.
- Identify client insurance requirements and create proposals that showcase Acera's value proposition.
- Educate clients on their business risks and insurance coverage to ensure they understand their needs.
- Support the development of Acera's leadership in the client and insurance industry through professional writing, speaking, and networking engagements.
- Participate in process improvements and support the implementation of new procedures.
Requirements
- Support a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Be adaptable and able to work effectively as a team or independently, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines.
- Maximize efficiencies by leveraging technology, tools, resources, and information.
- Be a self-guided learner and problem-solver with a focus on real solutions.
- Hold a Level 2 BC Broker License and have a minimum of 5 years of insurance experience.
- Have a working knowledge of insurance document management software and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
