Nike Retail Job Description

At Nike, we're looking for talented individuals to join our retail team as a Store Associate. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest Nike products and services
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a sense of community and teamwork among colleagues
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and other retail operations as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
Requirements:
  • Must be 16 years of age
  • Able to effectively communicate and interact with customers and colleagues
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team-oriented setting
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
