**Job Description:**

  • Accounts Management: Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll processing functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • General Accounting: Perform a variety of general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts to ensure financial data integrity.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile all balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and journal entries as necessary.
  • Intercompany Transactions: Maintain and reconcile monthly intercompany transactions, ensuring proper recording and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Sales Tax Compliance: Oversee sales tax filings and ensure compliance with regulations in all applicable jurisdictions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certification: CPA designation is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Preference for candidates with experience in the engineering or construction industry or a related field.
