Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at UNITED PARCEL SERVICE. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, receiving, sorting, and stocking packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

- Load and unload packages into/out of trailers
- Scan and sort packages
- Learn and properly execute UPS package handling methods

Requirements:

- No experience necessary – on the job training provided
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Able to lift up to 70lbs

Shift:

- Monday to Friday (5 days a week - no weekends)
- 6:00 pm - 10 pm (approx.) depending on package volume
- Flexibility with start and finish times

Compensation:

- $17.30 / per hour (paid weekly – every Friday via direct deposit)
- Guaranteed wage progression through Union Collective Agreement - $28.71 per hour after seniority plus 48 months of service
- Health, dental, and vision care benefits after 1 year
- Employee discounts
- Promotion from within - career training and development

Expenses:

- Monthly union due
- One time union initiation fee deducted after 90 working days
- Criminal background record check
