This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for fashion and customer service. You will contribute to optimizing inventory management, increasing sales, and customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand and visual presentation standards in the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the store team in maintaining a well-organized stockroom and inventory management system.
- Process shipments, replenish sales floor stock, and fulfill e-commerce orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in implementing markdowns and merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Contribute to maintaining a visually appealing store environment that meets brand standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of experience in a stockroom or inventory management role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Passion for fashion and customer service.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
