Head of Fundraising

Street Haven is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to providing shelter, supportive housing, and training services to vulnerable women in Toronto. As a dynamic and award-winning agency, we are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Head of Fundraising to lead our fundraising efforts and secure vital funds to support our programs and services.

About the Role

The Head of Fundraising will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure major and planned gifts, corporate and foundation support, and other philanthropic funds. This includes managing donor relationships, planning and executing fundraising events, and collaborating with the Executive Director and other stakeholders to achieve fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to achieve annual fundraising targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and foundations
  • Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and other stakeholders to achieve fundraising goals
  • Manage and analyze fundraising data to inform strategy and decision-making
