Teller

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller to join our team at our Barriere Branch. As a Teller, you will be responsible for handling various transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and loan payments. You will also be responsible for accurately balancing ATM transactions and maintaining member account documentation securely.

• Handle various transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and loan payments.
• Accurately balance ATM transactions and maintain member account documentation securely.
• Ensure compliance with Beem Credit Union security policies regarding cash and related items.
• Maintain accurate balancing of all transaction activities.
• Address member requests and identify opportunities to promote additional banking services and products.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries, escalating complex requests as needed.
• Refer transactions over specified limits to supervisors.

• 1 year of experience in a sales and service-oriented role, preferably with exposure to handling of cash.
• Completion of secondary school diploma.
• Excellent customer service and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
