About Beauty Barrage

Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team that empowers Brand Ambassadors to excel in the beauty industry. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional in-store support for retailers across North America, working with top brands in the beauty sector.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Beauty Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for generating in-store events, creating a strong presence, and driving sales and brand awareness. If you have a passion for the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the brand in-store, building relationships with store teams and leadership
  • Coach and educate customers on various beauty products and services
  • Provide interactive product demonstrations and engage with customers as the brand expert
  • Ensure product merchandising meets company standards
  • Provide critical feedback through survey responses
  • Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit

Requirements
  • Beauty savvy and able to represent the brand look while adhering to dress code policies
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to act with integrity and business maturity
  • Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing and walking in the store
  • Willingness to drive a minimum of 30 miles with a reliable form of transportation
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to use a smartphone and keep open lines of communication
