Job Summary

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and manage engineering projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget requirements
  • Consult with clients to understand project needs and provide solutions
  • Coordinate work activities, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for engineering work
  • Evaluate technical designs and engineering work to ensure quality and compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Technical expertise in engineering design, development, and implementation
