About This Opportunity

The Maintenance Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes at Coca-Cola Canada. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this individual will be responsible for managing the Maintenance department to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all facility equipment is maintained to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and address quality issues to maintain product excellence.
  • Develop and analyze budgets to optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead scheduled meetings to drive departmental performance and communication.
  • Develop and train the maintenance team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Review and approve departmental scheduling and contractor work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment with supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and High Volume Manufacturing principles.
  • Working knowledge of GMPs, OHSA, and WHMIS regulations.
  • Electrical certification and PLC logic experience are assets.
  • Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing systems.
