Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Support cash-wrap operations, including processing sales, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
