Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our clinical transformation team, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of specialty-specific standards for our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead Clinical Transformation

You will work closely with clinicians and other stakeholders to develop and implement clinical order sets that meet the needs of our patients. Your expertise will help ensure that our EHR system is designed to support safe and effective care.



Collaborate with Clinicians

You will collaborate with clinicians across different specialties to promote standardized documentation requirements and develop condition-specific documentation or specialty-specific requirements.



Liaise with Informatics Team

You will work closely with our informatics team to ensure successful development and adoption of clinical order sets. This includes participating in change activities such as workflow validation, simulation exercises, and advising on education platforms and curriculum.



Participate in Testing Events

You will participate in testing events to ensure the design of the EHR meets clinical workflow requirements and best practice requirements.



Evaluate EHR and Related Systems

You will contribute to the evaluation of the EHR and related systems through participating in lessons learned, provider experience feedback, benefits evaluation and metrics, and a clinical measurement framework.

  • Clinical Expertise

You must have strong clinical expertise and experience working with EHR systems.



Leadership Skills

You must possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire others to achieve shared goals.



Communication Skills

You must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with clinicians and other stakeholders.



Compensation


The estimated salary for this position is $24.36 per hour. Compensation will be at the sessional equivalent rate based on credentials.
