Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a SEN setting, is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
  • Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team to achieve student success.
