Key Responsibilities- Examine patients' teeth, gums, and surrounding tissue to diagnose and treat various dental conditions.
- Administer budget and manage resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of our dental practice.
- Restore, extract, and replace diseased and decayed teeth using advanced dental techniques and equipment.
- Perform oral surgery, periodontal surgery, and other treatments to address complex dental issues.
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Design bridgework, fit dentures, and provide appliances to meet the unique needs of our patients.
- Write fabrication instructions or prescriptions for use by denturists and dental technicians.
- Act as consultants to other dentists and provide expert advice on complex dental cases.
- Manual dexterity is essential for performing delicate dental procedures.
- Attention to detail is critical for ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatments.
- Hand-eye coordination is necessary for operating dental equipment and instruments.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking is required for attending to patients and performing various tasks.
- Bending, crouching, kneeling may be necessary for accessing patient areas.
- Ability to distinguish between colours is essential for selecting appropriate dental materials and equipment.
- Repetitive tasks may be involved in certain dental procedures.
