Farm Labourer Job Description

Lore\u0027s Strawberry Farm is seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Labourer to join our team. As a Farm Labourer, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant and cultivate crops
  • Irrigate crops as needed
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Meet physical demands of the job
  • Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Own transportation
  • Organized and able to make sound judgments
Work Environment:

The Farm Labourer will work outdoors in a physically demanding environment. The work site will be at Lore\u0027s Strawberry Farm.

Work Conditions:

The Farm Labourer will work in a seasonal position with variable hours (20-35 hours per week). The work language is English.
