We are Gracious Hardwood Flooring, a dynamic company seeking an experienced Marketing Director and Business Strategist to lead our sales and marketing efforts.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and the demands of the role.

Job Description

As a Marketing Director and Business Strategist, you will be responsible for developing promotional materials, hiring, training, directing, and motivating staff, managing contracts, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

You will also direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs, as well as publicize activities and events on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.

Furthermore, you will plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services, act as spokesperson for the organization, advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, and answer written and oral inquiries.

In addition, you will assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material, conduct public opinion and attitude surveys, gather, research, and prepare communications material, and ensure the successful implementation of our business strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a related field. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
