Job Summary
The Forest Group of Companies, a diversified group offering exterior construction material supply and services, is seeking a skilled Skidsteer Operator/Asphalt Raker. This role involves operating the skidsteer to load the spreader and preparing asphalt mix for rolling by raking the mix as it leaves the screed.

Key Responsibilities
1. Efficiently spread asphalt while maintaining a good pace.
2. Operate the skidsteer (bobcat) to perform various tasks.
3. Assist the screed operator with the distribution of asphalt.
4. Utilize hand and power tools as well as operate equipment when needed.
5. Adhere to and promote Forest Contractor Ltd.'s safety program on the job site.
6. Shovel excess asphalt and sweep up debris.
7. Signal operators to ensure the safe and effective moving of construction and paving materials.
8. Perform other road construction duties as required.

Requirements
1. A high school diploma or equivalent.
2. A valid G driver's license.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience as a skidsteer operator/asphalt raker required.
4. Construction experience preferred.
5. Must be physically fit and able to lift 70+ pounds on a regular basis.
