Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dino's Pizza Summerside. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen and dining areas.
- Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have everything we need to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of food service staff to ensure they are providing excellent service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff improve their skills and knowledge.
- Estimate Ingredients: Plan and estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation to ensure we have everything we need.
- Hire Staff: Recruit and hire new staff members to join our team.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to help us make informed business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
