Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at HAPPY GOAT COFFEE DONUT. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as operating machinery and organizing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for various baked goods according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Prepare special orders, including frosting and decorating cakes and baked goods
  • Operate machinery, including mixers and ovens
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Physically demanding
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Work under pressure
