Job Summary

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team at Cedar Gardens Assisted Living in North Vancouver, BC.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to work as a member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality care to clients with stable or predictable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a full scope of practical nursing functions, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care.
  • Provide support to clients and their families, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Maintain and advance clinical competence, adhering to the standards of practice for Licensed Practical Nurses in British Columbia.
Requirements
  • Current practicing registration as a LPN with the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM).
  • One (1) year recent related clinical experience working as a LPN with geriatric clients in an assisted living and/or adult day program.
  • Current CPR certificate and First Aid.
