We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Associate to join our team at Little Saigon Mall. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our commercial building and retail service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a safe and clean environment for our customers and employees.
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and dust-free environment.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to our employees and customers.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Work Environment

As a Building Maintenance Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking positions. Standing for extended periods is also a requirement of this role.
