Senior Insurance Professional

We're seeking a seasoned insurance professional to join our team as a Senior Insurance Advisor. As a key member of our Carrington Road office in Kelowna, BC, you'll have the opportunity to grow your insurance industry knowledge and experience while providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and educate clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships and helping us grow our presence in the local community.
- Manage complex insurance cases and support team members in reaching their potential.
Requirements:
- Laser-focused with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent client relationship builder with a natural ability to prioritize workload while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- At least two to three years of industry experience.
- Insurance broker level 2 license and working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
