Real Estate and Business Lawyer

Kelly Santini LLP is seeking a skilled lawyer to join our Real Estate and Business Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in developing a real estate practice and gaining exposure to various aspects of business law.
As a member of our team, you will work alongside experienced lawyers who are committed to helping you build a strong foundation in real estate law while also expanding your expertise and service to clients in both areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of residential real estate transactions, including conducting due diligence and title searches, drafting and reviewing agreements, leases, and financing documents.
- Support clients on business transactions such as incorporations, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
- Develop strong analytical, legal research, and drafting skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Contribute positively to workplace culture, building positive working relationships across the firm.
- Take a proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Effective file and practice management skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, GhostPractice, Teraview, and Unity.
- A commitment to upholding firm values, including exceptional client service, community engagement, and the advancement of diversity and inclusion.
