About This Role

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Pro Vita Care Management. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through attentive and personalized care.

Responsibilities

  • Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical and psychological conditions
  • Provide personal care to residents as required, including support with daily living activities
  • Assess resident health status, recognizing deviations from mental health baseline and differentiating between dementia and delirium
  • Ensure adherence to infection control practices

Requirements

  • Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program
  • Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN
  • Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification
  • Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Effective communication skills in English
