Job Title: Corporate Finance and Securities Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our corporate finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in securities law and be able to draft and review documents with ease.

Responsibilities:
  • Securities and Corporate Finance: Draft and review securities-related documents, including prospectuses and offering memoranda.
  • Financial Resources: Create and maintain financial resources, such as financial models and budgets.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
  • Strong Legal Skills: Possess excellent legal knowledge and analytical skills, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Good Standing: Be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
