Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team and help us grow our relationship with the Department of National Defence and the Intelligence space within Canada.

This role requires a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Department of National Defence and Intelligence, its structure, unique challenges, and needs.

You'll work closely with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and are consistent with our Winning Together values.

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and are consistent with our Winning Together values.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Department of National Defence and Intelligence.
  • Be fully informed before customer meetings, and provide timely follow-up meetings with customers and managers.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth within the assigned account.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the defence sector.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored IT solutions that address those needs, leveraging Computacenter's full portfolio of services and products.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, Vendors, and Internal Resources to ensure open communications and delivery of the contracted solutions to our customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Department of National Defence and Intelligence, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
