Role Overview:
Alert Labs is seeking a skilled Electronics Manufacturing Specialist to support our product assembly process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and experience in product assembly, debug, and repair. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform first-level debug and repair of manufacturing line fallout
- Analyze and resolve field returns, coordinating with US-based third-party vendors as needed
- Support production lines with technical expertise for equipment and applications
- Project manage product reworks and coordinate smaller manufacturing-related projects
- Assemble products as needed to support business priorities

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education with an electronics focus
- Previous experience in electronic product debug and repair, including PCB-level solder skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, with excellent communication skills
