Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

Alberta Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Stocking and Supply Management: Stock linen closets, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Personal Care and Hygiene: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, experience an asset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Terms: Permanent, work language: English, and hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
