Salary Range

$55,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a critical role in the construction process, assisting tradespeople and working on various aspects of the project.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Demolishing buildings and cleaning up debris
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Helping tradespeople, apprentices, and other workers as directed
  • Measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Work Conditions

This position requires working outdoors in various locations, including construction sites, and may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy environments. The physical demands of this job include lifting heavy loads, working in hot weather, and being exposed to dust.
