Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including visual merchandising, promotions, and product placement.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, resolving issues promptly and fairly, and responding to customer feedback.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, reconcile sales data, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office.
