Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Edgemont Palace Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent service.
- Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
