Lead Auditor

We are seeking a skilled CPA auditor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing company files, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy. Your excellent communication skills and ability to take initiative will enable you to prioritize daily tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.

• Preparation of year-end EF files (notices to readers and review assignments). Our primary focus is on file reviews.
• Tax compliance: preparation of tax files (T2, CO17, T3010, TP-985, T4 and summary, relevé 1 and summary, DAS, T5018, T5, commodity taxes).
• Management of a team and allocation of files.
• Preparing responses to requests for information or tax audits.
• Tax reorganisation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA designation.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting firm.
• At least 3 years' experience in auditing.
• Good knowledge of standards for review engagements.
• Knowledge of casework software required.
• Knowledge of profile and basic accounting software is an advantage.
