Customer Success Manager

At Jitterbit, we're looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for driving customer success and growth through strategic account planning, proactive issue resolution, and collaborative relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized account plans to drive customer success and growth
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and growth initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers, helping them maximize the value of Jitterbit's platform
  • Monitor and analyze customer health, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Jitterbit's platform, products, and services
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of customer success and/or partner success experience
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth through strategic account planning and proactive issue resolution
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
