As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for driving customer success and growth through strategic account planning, proactive issue resolution, and collaborative relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customized account plans to drive customer success and growth
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and growth initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance and support to customers, helping them maximize the value of Jitterbit's platform
- Monitor and analyze customer health, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Jitterbit's platform, products, and services
- 6+ years of customer success and/or partner success experience
- Proven track record of driving customer success and growth through strategic account planning and proactive issue resolution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
