We are seeking a qualified Packaging Production Specialist to join our team at Montebello Packaging. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. This includes set-up changes, adjustments, and transfers of tooling, as well as maintaining the quality of our products.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment;
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards;
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives;
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals;
- Develop and implement process improvements;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
