Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mobile Technician to join our team at SAI CELL REPAIR INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications equipment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair telecommunications equipment, including mobile devices and wireless networks.
  • Install, arrange, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware.
  • Complete and maintain accurate test and service reports.
  • Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble in telecommunications systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to apprentices.
  • Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment.
  • Connect, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets.
  • Repair or replace faulty cables, power suppliers, and amplifiers.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in telecommunications equipment maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications equipment and wireless networks.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
