About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for customers seeking product information and guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing detailed product information to customers and other RONA associates
  • Conducting sales activities, including promoting and recommending products, plans, or installation services that match customer needs
  • Keeping shelves stocked and merchandise correctly displayed
  • Preparing weekly flyers and performing order management duties
  • Providing excellent customer service through daily execution of RONA customer service programs
