Job Title: Construction Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Construction Carpenter to join our team at Nueltin Construction. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Prepare layouts and measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures
Requirements:
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Public transportation is available
Work Environment:

Our construction sites are located in various locations, and you will be working outdoors in a dusty environment at heights. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
