The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Operational Excellence: Ensuring seamless day-to-day dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
  2. Collaboration and Partnerships: Working closely with healthcare professionals and community partners to promote healthy living and provide exceptional patient care.
  3. Inventory Management: Overseeing the efficient management of inventory, ensuring timely ordering and stock levels meet customer demand.
  4. Team Leadership: Scheduling, training, and managing team members to achieve business objectives.
  5. Business Development: Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  6. Compliance and Governance: Ensuring adherence to policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
