Dynamic Positioning Operator

Join Puglisevich Crews and Services Limited as a Dynamic Positioning Operator and contribute to the success of our offshore drilling operations. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining drilling rig diesel motors, transmissions, and other mechanical equipment. You will also use specialized equipment to determine the location of buried pipelines and other utilities in preparation for seismic exploration and drilling activities. As a key member of our team, you will write daily basic progress reports and ensure the smooth operation of our drilling rig. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain drilling rig diesel motors, transmissions, and other mechanical equipment
  • Use specialized equipment to determine the location of buried pipelines and other utilities
  • Write daily basic progress reports

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Strong background in mechanical equipment operation and maintenance
