About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at FSJ Mobile Pro-Phone Hub Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise to customers, resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that customers can find what they need.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and secure.
Work Environment

As a Sales Supervisor at FSJ Mobile Pro-Phone Hub Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet sales targets.
