About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our client's team in Kitchener. This temporary contract position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Nurse Practitioner, you will provide direct acute and chronic patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions. You will also prescribe medication and therapies as needed and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Additionally, you will educate and counsel patients on health management and preventive care and support the development and implementation of care plans.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid certification in Ontario and have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
